Meet The Team
Connor might run the numbers, but he’s just as focused on how everything runs (and runs well). He brings a mix of discipline, grit, and team-first mentality that started on the baseball field at the University of Mississippi and carries through into how we operate every day.
After earning his Master’s in Finance from Southern Methodist University, Connor built his career in financial analysis, private equity, and M&A, spending years evaluating businesses, improving operations, and finding smarter, more efficient ways to grow. That experience shows up behind the scenes here, where he keeps everything running smoothly, efficiently, and with a level of consistency our clients can count on.
In a business like ours, details matter, and Connor is the one making sure nothing falls through the cracks. From building systems that scale to ensuring we deliver the same high-quality service every single time, he helps turn our standards into what our clients experience day in and day out.
Outside of work, Connor doesn’t really do “sit still.” You’ll likely find him chasing largemouth bass, training for his next Ironman or ultra marathon, playing with his dog Murph, or doting on his perfect wife, Catherine.

Catherine is the heart behind the business. The one who turned a simple idea into a company built on trust, care, and doing things the right way.
Her standard for “clean” started early. Every weekend growing up, she was woken up to music playing throughout the house, a signal from her parents that it was time to clean. Her dad always said, “You never have time to do it right the first time, but you always have time to go back and do it again.” That mindset stuck, shaping her attention to detail and commitment to doing things right.
Catherine earned her Master’s in Business Management from Southern Methodist University and went on to build high-performing teams and partner with businesses through her work in talent acquisition. Today, she brings that same thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to running the company, focused on quality, consistency, and creating spaces people feel good walking into.
She set out to build something different: a company that treats clients like neighbors, creates customized solutions, never cuts corners, and treats employees like family. Day-to-day, she’s hands-on with everything from client relationships to service standards, ensuring every space is left better than it was found.
Outside of work, you’ll never find Catherine without headphones on. She enjoys staying active, spending time outdoors, and thrifting.
